Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because sessions are scheduled in advance and space is limited, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy to protect both your time and ours.
Appointment Reservations
A valid credit or debit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise requested.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Arriving late may shorten your session time while the full session fee still applies.
Illness & Emergencies
If you are feeling unwell (fever, flu-like symptoms, vomiting, contagious illness), please notify us as soon as possible. In cases of genuine illness or emergency, we will use discretion and may waive the fee once as a courtesy.
Why This Policy Exists
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside specifically for you. Late cancellations prevent us from offering that time to another client who may be waiting for care.
